3 possible men's style mistakes and how to fix them
Sometimes even getting pampered in best Hair Salon Soho in NYC is not enough to make you look amazing. Check out these common men’s style mistakes and see how to avoid them!
#1. Pirate style
Pirates are hot only in fiction and on Halloween. However, we are not speaking about the handsome, rugged seamen, we are speaking about baggy, billowing shirts and pants. These are not attractive even if you are hot as hell. You should always make sure your clothes fit you. It doesn’t mean the items should be as tight as the second skin, but they should not look like they were previously owned by your dad or your older brother.
#2. Too dishevelled
Unkempt and dirty does not equal rugged. You should always keep your clothes washed or dry cleaned and ironed. Clean your shoes every time you leave your house. It doesn't matter whether they are dress shoes, sneakers, or combat boots. Leather looks good if it’s distressed not caked in layers of dirt and dust.
#3. Too much skin
Ripped jeans and open shirts are great when they don’t show too much skin. An inch tall hole on your knee and several chaffed scrapes are nice, but a number of gaping holes showing most your legs not so much. The same goes for your shirts. Feel free to open two or three buttons on the top and one or two last buttons if your shirt is untucked. It will prevent the fabric from creasing and will keep you looking crisp and tidy. A little bit of neck and chest is okay, trust us. Yet, don’t open up your shirt to the point where you might just take it off and it wouldn’t make a difference.
